Payment Information

We accept the following forms of payment for your order: Credit or debit card: American Express/ Visa / Visa Debit / Visa Delta / Visa Connect / MasterCard / Maestro (Switch) or Solo. Cheques (drawn on UK banks only)/ postal order: Please make any cheques or postal orders payable to BHK & MJC Ltd. Cash: We strongly advise our customers NOT to send us any cash as a method of payment, as the cash could be lost in transit when posted to us. However, if this is the only method of payment that you can provide, please send cash to us via registered post, and obtain a proof of sending receipt. We will not be liable for any loss. Currency: Please note that all charges will be made in UK Pounds sterling; the currency converter provided on our website is for comparison purposes only. Your credit card company will convert the charge into your local currency when they debit your account.

Telephone Orders

Our customer services team is available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10am-4pm for you to order by telephone. Please make a note of what you would like to order, and have your payment details ready. An answering machine is available at other times should you wish to leave your order on that.

Terms and Conditions

General

·         The owner of this website is BHK & MJC Ltd. Trading as RAM PRODUCTS, P.O. Box 1144, LONDON, W3 0BR, UNITED KINGDOM .

·         You must be 18 years old or over to use this site. If you do not qualify, please do NOT use this site.

·         You have the sole responsibility for all actions you undertake on this website. You must make every effort to keep your password safe and should not disclose it to anyone. If it is compromised, you must change it. You must not permit (either directly or indirectly) anyone to use your account.

·         We will NOT pass your personal details or payment information on to any third party.

·         You undertake that all details provided for the purchase of goods/services are legal and correct and that any debit/credit card used is your own and there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of goods/services ordered.

·         If there are any changes in the above details it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.

Liability

·         We do not accept liability for any errors or omissions on our website and/or in our marketing materials, and reserve the right to change information, prices and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time.

·         We will do our best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as possible after being notified of them.

Delivery

·         The delivery time stated in which you will receive your order is approximate. All goods will be sent to the delivery address given by you and stated in the order confirmation. Please note your goods may be sent to you in instalments. You will not be charged additional postage in this event.

·         If your delivery address is outside the U.K you may be liable for import duties or taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional costs for customs clearance must be paid by you. If you have any queries regarding this, we advise you to contact your local customs office. We are not responsible for any charges incurred.

·         Please note that when shipping goods across international borders they are liable to be opened for inspection by customs authorities. If seized by your local customs office, we will NOT be liable to refund or replace the order in any part.

·         We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control.

PARCELS FOR THE UK are sent by 1st class mail and are normally delivered the next working day; however this is not a guaranteed delivery time.

Miscellaneous

·         It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic ‘fingerprints’ of every order placed on our website to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.

·         We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and to suspend or terminate your access to the Site immediately and without notice to you if: 1) you fail to make any payment to us when due; you breach the terms of this Agreement. 2) When requested by us to do so, you fail to provide us within a reasonable time with sufficient information to enable us to determine the accuracy and validity of any information supplied by you, or your identity. 3) We suspect you have engaged, or are about to engage, or have in any way been involved, in fraudulent or illegal activity on the site.

·         These terms and conditions supersede any and all other conditions, commitments, agreements relating to your purchase and are subject to laws and jurisdiction of U.K. law.

Returns Policy

We strive to offer our customers the highest quality products. However, if, in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty, incorrect or unwanted, you may return it to us. Our returns policy is valid for 28 days from the date that the item is shipped to you.

If you receive a product that is faulty, incorrect or unwanted:

·         Please contact us to obtain a return authorisation.

·         Please include the reason for the item’s return to ensure that your query is dealt with efficiently by our returns department.

·         Once received, we will contact you to let you know what the next step will be.

We are unable to accept returns for unwanted goods if they have been used. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns on sex toys or underwear that have been opened. Please note that if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, your costs of returning the items will be refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Shipping Details

All of our orders are sent via the Royal Mail from London. Goods will be dispatched as quickly as possible after receiving payment for your order; normally this is the same day.

Delivery times vary according to the efficiency of your local Post Office. Normal delivery times to the UK are next day.  Normal delivery times outside of the UK are from 2 to 8 working days.  However, this is not a guaranteed delivery time and you must allow one calendar month for delivery.

Discreet Packaging

All parcels sent by us are sent in plain and discreet packaging. There is no indication as to what is inside the package or where you have bought the item/s. Your purchase will display as either BHK & MJC Ltd on your credit or debit card statement. All transactions are SSL protected.

Postage and packaging rates

We have tried to make our postage and packing rates as fair as possible.   We have calculated  a basic charge for each parcel plus a small increasing charge depending on the weight of the articles that you order. Additional services such as Airsure or International Signed For are added onto your normal shipping costs.  Contact info@junglejuice.org for a detailed breakdown of the shipping charges for your order.

              The basic charge per parcel is: 

               UK: £2.00

MAINLAND EUROPE: £4.20

REST OF WORLD: £5.60
